What we collect

How we use it

We do not use your data for advertising profiles, and we do not share it except with the service providers below or when required by law.

Your choices and rights

Retention

Account data is kept while your account exists and is deleted within 30 days of a deletion request. Data stored on your device stays until you clear it.

Children

Slate is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU/UK), and the bet-tracking features are intended for adults of legal betting age. We don’t knowingly collect children’s information. Contact us if you believe a child has provided data and we’ll delete it.

Security

We use industry-standard providers and access rules that limit each account’s data to that signed-in user. No system is perfectly secure.

Changes

We’ll post updates here and change the “Last updated” date. Significant changes will be noted in the app.
